This is an additional pension on top of the Basic State Pension, and is paid out by the Department for Work and Pensions.
As a member of the Fund you are contracted out of S2P, so you don't pay for it. But if you earn less than a certain amount you may still build up some S2P benefits. The Department for Work and Pensions will be able to tell you more about this.
