As long as you are leaving the Scheme because you are leaving your employer, you can normally choose between:
A refund
A transfer to another scheme
Or if you don’t want to decide at this stage, you can delay your decision.
You can choose between:
A transfer to another scheme
Deferred benefits
If you are member for more than one job, and leave one of them, you can once again choose between a refund, or deferred benefits (depending on how long you’ve been a member). Or you can transfer the membership to count in the other job.
