Each year we produce pension statements with details of your benefits.
Your 2019 annual pension statement will be made available on your online account during July and August. If you have already registered for the online My Pension service you will receive an email from us letting you know that it is there.
If you haven’t yet registered for My Pension, you will receive a letter confirming your 2019 statement is available online, together with an activation key to activate your account. It is important you activate your account as soon as possible.
To get started with My Pension for the first time, please follow these simple steps :
- Click the My Pension logo on the home page
- Click 'Activate your account' and then follow the instructions, using the acativation key that you should have recived from us recently.
- You can now log in and view your My Pension account
- To access your annual pension statement click on the ‘annual benefit statement’ link in the My Documents tab on the home page of your My Pension account.
