Have you registered for your online My Pension account yet?

If not, you can register by going to the My Pension section of our website. The process is simple and easy to do, and our Customer Services team is here to help if you have any problems.

Your My Pension account gives you access to your GMPF pension information online. Once registered, you can:

  • update your contact details
  • update your death grant expression of wish
  • view your annual benefit statements from 2019 onwards
  • upload documents securely
  • use the pension calculator to obtain benefit estimates at a future date
  • contact us.

There is a Your Tasks area on your My Pension homepage. If we are doing something for you, such as bringing your benefits into payment when you retire, we may ask you to log into your My Pension account and complete a task. We will only do this if you have registered for My Pension, and we will always send you an email alert to notify you of the tasks you need to complete.

Visit our My Pension support page for help accessing or using your online My Pension account. You'll find guidance on how to register and on how to change your password. And please remember, do not share your log in details with us or anyone else. We will never ask you for them, and you should make sure your password and your answers to the security questions are not something others can easily guess.
