Update your contact details

As part of our efforts to improve data security and maximise the efficiency of our employer communications, GMPF is carrying out a routine employer contact update. 

Please provide us with your most up to date key contact information.  This can be done through the Employer Contact Submission form linked below.

Once submitted, we'll provide you and your Chief Financial Officer with a copy of the form and save a copy for our records. 

Any contacts currently held on file and which are not submitted in the review will be considered out of date and removed from our database.
