Address tracing

We’re currently working with a company called Target to trace members we’ve lost touch with. We do this when we’ve written to a member’s current home address but the mail has been returned to us. 

We understand that over time our members may have moved address and forgotten to update us. Therefore, we take this proactive step to keep in touch and make sure the details we hold are accurate and up to date. 

What happens next 

If you’ve moved and forgotten to tell us, you’ll receive a letter from us to the address Target have traced you to, asking you to get in touch with our Customer Services team on 0161 301 7000 to confirm that this is your current home address. 

Once you’ve updated your address with us, you’ll be able to register for My Pension through the GMPF website. My Pension is a secure service that allows you to view and amend some of your pension details online. Once registered, you can update your address at any time in future by logging into your My Pension account.
